Programme Test Manager
We are looking for experienced Programme test managers who have successfully led the testing activities on large programmes, ideally in the Telecoms or Finance Sectors.We are looking for strong dynamic consultants who can thrive in the dynamic environment of one of many programmes we are working on.
The role will require you to provide direction & leadership to all members of the programme test team in addition to providing advice and guidance to both client/user and IT management to determine the most appropriate testing strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will need to get involved with the technical and strategic development of the project.
You will have an excellent grounding in testing in a wide variety of business & technical environments and you must be able to demonstrate where you have implemented strategies with teams of more than a dozen testers. You will have outstanding motivational, people and task management skills as well as excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have operated in the senior levels of large projects and have strong listening and influencing skills. You will also have come from a consultative background, or at the very least have experience in vendor management (managing third party suppliers). Ideally you will also have experience working with and managing off-shore teams.
On an individual level you will balance drive and enthusiasm with strong accountability and a willingness to shoulder responsibility. Innovation and clarity are important; delivery is paramount.
