Performance testing tool: forecast
Forecast is a non-intrusive performance testing tool for system load testing, performance measurement and multi-user functional testing from Facilita. It exercises enterprise infrastructure by simulating thousands of clients performing real user actions.Forecast can be used for performance testing complex networked IT systems and applications by using a combination of forecast's components (Web, .Net, Java, and Database). Forecast has comparatively low hardware requirements and a small footprint enabling the support for thousands of Virtual Users on modest test equipment.
Forecast also includes the forecastFlex module which allows application-specific protocols to be added into the suite.
